Dcano’s Deli was built from a deep passion for cooking breakfast the right way,
with quality, love, and genuine care behind every plate. What began as one man’s love for creating great meals and seeing customers smile has grown into a place where people come not just to eat, but to feel welcomed, appreciated, and connected.
Our story began on September 1st, 2024, when Roll & Bowl Grill was passed down to us in August and reopened under new management that September. We proudly kept the original Roll & Bowl name for a while out of respect for its roots and the loyal OG customers who helped shape the deli from day one.
In November 2025, we officially transformed the business into Dcano’s Deli, starting a new chapter while carrying forward the same heart, passion, and dedication to serving our community. The name changed, but the love, quality, and connection stayed the same.
What makes Dcano’s different isn’t about claiming we’re “better” than others
it’s about how we treat the people who walk through our doors. Every order is prepared with love first, and customer service is always our top priority. We greet everyone with a smile, take the time to connect, and make sure every customer leaves happier than when they arrived.
